At Foundation for Missions (hereafter referred to as FFM), we are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you interact with our ministry activities. For example, you may interact with us by visiting our website, via electronic device, by attending a ministry event, participating in a program or project, partnering with us or by making a donation, in it’s various forms, through our non-profit organization for the express use of support and/or receiving a receipt for tax deduction purposes.


FFM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit interdenominational development missionary organization created to leverage people and resources to bring together churches, charities, relief agencies and communities to focus on making micro and macro effects in developing countries.

It is FFM’s policy to comply with applicable privacy laws. Sometimes the privacy legislation and/or an individual’s right to privacy are different from one jurisdiction to another. Consequently, the rights and obligations contained in this Privacy Policy may not be available to everyone, everywhere. Where we share your personal information with one of our Ministry Partners in other countries outside of the United States, that partner will be responsible for your personal information and their use of your personal information will be subject to the applicable laws in that country.


For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information is information about you, individually, such as your name, address, telephone number, email or any other information you supply us with in order for FFM to complete your request or service.

You may at any time request from us what information we have on file for you.


Our accounting department will gather your personal information and any banking, financial or credit card details as supplied by you and required to complete a donation transaction that you have initiated through the FFM website, Facebook Page Donate Button, via an email, phone conversation or the completion of a bank check, ACH form or the forms of other financial institutions e.g. MoneyGram.

We will also use your personal information to mail / email you receipts for donations, information on the programs, projects and individuals that you have supported, partnered with or shown an interest in currently or in the past via newsletters.

We reserve a conservative marketing profile at FFM and in this regard only send out what is relevant or may be of interest in emergency relief situations in terms of mission support.

We endeavor to keep all information secure as possible by ensuring our website is kept up-to-date, and all data held in office is kept under password protection. Where we have received a hard copy of information that hard copy will be securely destroyed after the relevant information is used to process the required service e.g. ACH forms.

We do not share your data with any other outside party unless expressly given permission by you.


You may at any time request to be subscribed to our monthly newsletters via our website or contact us directly to do so.

You may also choose to opt out / unsubscribe to these newsletters at any time. We use Constant Contact for newsletter mail out, which monitors new subscribers or new unsubscribes.
