Serving in Guatemala

José lives with his two daughters, Hannah (9) and Valeria (6) in Guatemala. He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising and a master’s degree in human behavior and has been a consultant for several companies for ‘better environments to work in’ for the last 6 years. He has been giving conferences on issues of decision making, leadership, change management and achievement of personal goals. He have several certifications in knowledge management and learning methodologies, and has been a pastor for 2 years.

He is now following his calling for training the next generation of leaders…Here are his words:

What do we do?

An intensive internship and discipleship program in Antigua Guatemala of 9 months for young people from 17 to 24 years old.

How do we do it?

Focused on the transformation of thought through Biblical principles and values and the development of practical skills that provide an integral growth in youth.

Why do we do it?

We believe in the social impact of generations transformed by the culture of the Kingdom of God.

We are dedicated our lives to providing  a Christian Character that helps young people to growth in their desire to achieve goals and the expansion of the Kingdom of God on Earth in any area of there life.

Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
